I’m basing that on my inability to summarize the algorithm succinctly. I get it when I’m watching it, but not being a science and data guy, having a hard time explaining it to my 5 year old.

One take away is that they physically went to 1600 houses and 32% of the voters phantom voters! Ie: no such person at that address!

The Algorithm was created to steal votes. AI was used to monitor the vote before (inflate the vote with phantom voters), during (monitor for any issues that arise) and after (to clean up) the election. The algorithm mirrors the 2010 Census.
