They are building a case. 30 days is not that much. They say they want to flip Trump's finance manager of the Trump organization who has been a great friend of the family for decades. Probably not going to work. Personally I would sue Cyrus Vance Jr. or even the state of NY for these illegal intimidation tactics.
All they do is leak partial details to the MSM. Whether the details are correct or not. All they did was lie about Trump for 4+ years. I have a hard time believing that suddenly they can not make up a lie( or even a truth) to spread
