I don't have an article to share, just first hand knowledge after listening to an employee of CPS over the years giddily explain the newest 6 year old trans they've "discovered".

I have heard that CPS steals kids, was that a rumor or conspiricy theory seriously asking ?

Sorry, should have stuck to "Chicago public schools" instead of "CPS".

But, I know I've seen many many posts showing how easy it is to "disappear" kids in foster care.
