At the time it came out (I think ~9 months ago), it made at least foxnews I believe. It was a video of this guy walking through a crowd in the daytime and appearing to be coordinating using a walkie talkie, allegedly providing support for bricks/pallets being planted for protestors to use.
It looks like the guy that I remember just with a grown out beard in the above pic.
