This is what bothers me the most about it. I have some opinions/views on taxation that wouldn’t be popular around here, but raising the corporate tax rate and going after foreign income is only going to make the upcoming recession much worse. But I expect no less from a democrat. Their idea of prosperity is everything being broke and minuscule GDP.
Yep. They want to "equalize" the Global market to facilitate the transition to a One World financial system...and the US is too hot. Gotta bring it down a notch or two..
I don’t buy too much into the globalization narrative. I feel it’s a fundamental difference in perception of the ebb and flow of wealth.
When a conservative sees a bullish stock market and high profits and low unemployment rate they see a lot of free capital to move by the will of the people at large.
When a liberal sees a bullish stock market and high profits and low unemployment rate they see a lot of free capital being wasted and instead should be dictated by government on how to be spent.
