Oh shit I remember this. I was arguing with a lib on twitter and they replied that the cause of death is stated in the title and that Hennepin released a press release saying it was a homicide due to neck compression bullshit. Hold on let me check my history for the link.

Edit edit: but it says right there in Other significant conditions that he had heart disease, fent intoxication and meth, but lists the cause of death as the neck thing, not fent overdose. Idk what to believe tbh
