This has been being funded for years now. At minimum as far back when Gates got that government fumtded contract for contact tracing. Worse part about is it's been our taxes that's paying for most. But YES your right! Thats why they're trying to raise taxes ASAP.

Funding this can only continue under Emergency Authorization. Once the emergency ends the funding dries up. It will never end for this reason.
