Sure, yes. The targets need to be these smugglers and coyotes and rapists though. The kids really are just human pawns / casualties of this situation. 80+% of them are raped on their "journey." There's nothing compassionate about allowing this nonsense to continue. The border needs to be closed for real, and it needs to stop.
