Cross Fit

  • Giant plates that are low-weight (those are 25s that look like 45s)
  • Non-isolated lifts. The clean-and jerk was okay, but that knee-up overhead press defeats the purpose of isolating the traps and delts.
  • fancy-looking moves like that “kipping” pull-up that are just a good way of getting blisters on your palms, and little else.

Cross Fit is designed to make you look good on Insta. It sucks for actual strength building.
