This. A lot of times in physical jobs, unions require their members to report even the lightest scratch. They do this too because they know injuries can happen from the slightest accident or misstep and they want to document even the lightest scratch as a hospitalization so they can turn around and sue over it. They are basically crafting their own self-fulfilling lawsuit scenario.
