Jury nullification is the way. We need a sticky about jury nullification.

Levin, Bongino, Crowder they're all reactive. Teaching jury nullification is proactive.

This is also why I believe the seventh amendment will be the next to get canned.

Interesting theory regarding the 7thA. Might be easy to do when they frame it as a way to keep white racist extremist Trump supporters from convicting an β€œinnocent” minority.

Also seems like a more logical step towards removing the 2nd. Or ice you control the courts you don’t really need to remove the 2nd when you can just ignore it.

You hit the nail, the system just ignores the constitution where convenient. They have said they’ll go after the electoral college, because they know if people wake up to how it has been subverted and perverted already and reverse that, they are going to take massive damage. We have states literally just handing power to Democrats when the states should have gone to republicans (for better or worse) if the election was constitutional. They want to make permanent the perversion of our elections with the removal of the electoral college.

A guy in Minnesota(i think) was arrested outside of the courthouse for handing out pamphlets on jury nullification.
