Gotcha. I totally read that wrong. Still not sure I agree, though. How many people grow up with mental and emotional issues because they were abused as children? This guy gave his daughter the peace of knowing that her rapist is dead. She also knows that her dad loves her enough to kill for her. 13 years is a high price to pay but it may have been worth it.
