You make SURE the guy knows that YOU look through your daughters phone - ALL texts, ALL photos/videos, ALL apps - and if she doesn't like it, her lil 13 year old ass can pay for her own phone (good luck). And explain how you've tracked down and called parents of older classmates for inappropriately messaging his daughter and made it clear to them that won't be tolerated, and you'll go to the cops or school principal - "or do whatever else I have to" to make sure it stops.
Once you establish that even a "hey u want fuck" text won't go without drama, it's all downhill. The guy will get the point pretty fucking quickly without you needing to go all Bad Boys "mothafucka you look 30!" on him.
