She was confused on a lot Of those questions. Because she didn’t know how to answer it “right”. As judge Judy says don’t try to guess where I’m going with the questioning. Her nickname from Floyd was “mama” who did he scream for while being arrested??? Mama.

I only watch defense questioning but this prosecution woman seems very unprepared For This lining of questions.

22
ActualAdult 22 points ago +22 / -0

You're missing some comedy moments during the prosecution questions then.

E.g. the paramedic telling the prosecution that they needed to drive three blocks away to render aid because of the crowd at the scene. The defence opening statement made reference to the hostility of the crowd.

Or the prosecution lawyer going all giggly and making googly eyes at Captain Norton, a fireman she was meant to be questioning.

I did miss the after lunch arguments as I was gone but will catch up tonight when I get home.

1
Grunt422 1 point ago +1 / -0

What was interesting was that she was the prosecution's witness, and how much time they spent bringing out her own nasty life style. A means of disarming the defense from springing that in everyone's face. Basically a street tramp, and doper herself. I was still surprised when the defense didn't bring up the rap sheet I'm sure she has. Most 43 year old dopers have one! The common street relationship with male, female dopers is that of a pimp, and hooker with her turning tricks, and him buying the dope. I might be wrong, but I don't think I am. A man's life is at stake, and the truth needs to be exposed !

32

The problem with blacks is that they pick their "Hero's) from the crusty bottom of the Honey bucket. Maybe because of the life style of so many street thugs they related to "homies" like Floyd, and think " The way I'm going that's going to be me", so we have to make law, and order back off. As a criminal, I have to support my local thug !

marishiten 51 points ago +51 / -0

Yep.

It's even worse on fent. I've been high on fent before. That shit is no fucking joke. There's a rush when it starts to hit and you can kind of tell when you've taken WAY too much, but you know it's too late.

You can see it from the body cams when the rush hit him. He literally says "I'm dead". This is before he is put on the ground. Then he struggles to stay awake for a couple minutes, groans a bit, struggles, then stops. That's what happens when you're overdosing.

28
CuomoisaMassMurderer 28 points ago +28 / -0

Maybe they should get you to testify?

No seriously, medical experts testifying about exactly this was always what the case should hinge on.

12

I got fent for the removal of 4 fully impacted wisdom teeth. That shit hits like a truck. Even fell asleep with the gauze still in, which lead to dry socket.

10
themightykekfish 10 points ago +10 / -0

Ooof dry socket is the woorst

7
pushbackv2 7 points ago +7 / -0

Man, I had no idea that's what was going on. I just thought I was being a bitch about the pain. It's hard to describe unless you've gone through it before.

3
PepeSee 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yup. When I had one it was like AIEEEE and the Dr. took a wad of gauze and soaked it in clove oil and crammed it all in there and it was like AHHHHH.

Kind of like the time I smashed my thumb in my locker at school and it kept bleeding under the nail till it was excruciating, so the Dr in that case heated up a paper clip with an alcohol lamp and pierced a hole in the nail - the blood spurted a few feet and I almost fainted with the relief (he saw me going and made me lie back).

2
independentbystander 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right, but did you have a cop's knee on your neck? Checkmate, Droumbpfkins!!!! reeeeeeeee

The city should demand their money back when Chauvin is not convicted. My prediction is hung jury. Even though it is obvious the dude OD'd, and had a history of OD'ing, there's going to be some jurors that were guilty voters the moment they sat down. Nothing will change that.

1
independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

recall the 27 million dollar wrongful death payout to his alleged family.

I will rejoice someday (if this ever happens.) Breonna Taylor's boyfriend #2 told Police she was the one who shot at police (which explains her being shot by the return fire and not him.) He later changed his story to claim "she was shotted in her bed in her sleep reeeeeee," presumably after his public-defender explained he was giving away a multimillion dollar Ghetto Lottey win. The city auto-gibsmedatted her family $27 Million, which is apparently the going rate for rewarding the families of failed arrest-resistors/cop-attackers.

>If/when it is proven in court that Taylor was indeed the "shoota" and boyfriend #2 is lying about it... the footage of the attempts to re-claim $27 Billion left lying unguarded In The Hood will be comic gold!

3
newfaggot 3 points ago +3 / -0

Dude they found a dead body in one of her old rental cars. I would not doubt it. This kind of shit doesn't repeatedly just "happen" to good people.

Also you got some sauce on the slip of tongue you mentioned?

0
independentbystander 0 points ago +0 / -0

From the article at this link:

>He told the officers he and Taylor did not know who was at the door. One of the officers responded, “No, we announced three times: ‘Police, search warrant!’”

>On the footage, Walker can be heard telling police it was Taylor who shot at officers. He eventually admitted he was the one who fired the one shot at the door.

>A SWAT team arrived as Walker was led away by officers. Members of that team would later tell investigators they were not told about the raid at Taylor’s apartment as they were helping with drug raids 10 miles away that night.

>Footage from one of the SWAT team members showed them entering the apartment and checking each room while Taylor lay dead in the hallway. <---(Not "shot in her bed in her sleep," as false narratives claim.)

The Girlfriend also admited on the stand that when he OD'd in March he had all that froth/foam around his mouth just like on the video when he died.

The prosecution tried a desperate attempt at a redirect, by saying that, well he didn't die during that OD....

10
lixa 10 points ago +10 / -0

Yes, as if that's evidence he had his drug use under control... the OD wasn't that bad, he survived it! As if surviving one OD means you would always survive.

6
11numbereleven11 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah I wonder if she was thinking it would look good for the prosecution because he "ODs all the time".

5
DrPeePee 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yes I believe this is how they are trying to get around the toxicology report. But so far the states case has been pretty much all emotion based. So far to any fair observer there has been a large amount of circumstantial evidence for the case of OD. In my opinion they are making the defenses case for them.

A criminal running from the cops committed suicide in Minneapolis. People said he was shot by the cops in order to jumpstart more unrest. The cops released video footage of the suicide to prove what really happened.

There was a woman in the footage. She saw the dude kill himself in person. That same woman can be seen in a video recorded later that day, looting the nearby target and shouting BLM mantras.

3
independentbystander 3 points ago +3 / -0

How does a society contend with opportunism and bad faith on this level?

You can't. The rot is too deep, the pandering and Leftist indoctrination too ingrained.

I deal with SJWs far too frequently who can't accept any talk that doesn't promote the Leftist Agenda, and will erupt in triggered shrieking freakout verge-of-violence at anything that upsets their easily-offendedness. As (KGB defector) Yuri Bezmenov said: once those 2-3 successive generations have been raised with Leftist propaganda indoctrination, they can't accept "authentic information" even if you show them solid proof. They are so personally invested in those Leftist false-narratives they can't handle the cognitive dissonance when presented with the truth. After 5 years of screeching "ORANGE MAN BAD!!!" and "FUK WIPIPO" and "GAY POWAH!! DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR!!!" it is too difficult for them to accept the fact that they looked like uninformed idiots the whole time. (They are also very concerned with fitting into the groupthink of their peers, and value being socially-accepted/popular over being properly informed.)

Lol, i woke up after surgery to drain fluid around my heart. I kept nodding off and they had a nurse sitting in my room for a couple of hours. She kept saying, "wake up... breathe." I couldn't figure out why but every time I passed out, I'd stop breathing. Later I found out I literally od'ed on dilaudid in surgery and they had to narcan me once or twice. I remember bits of waking up and thrashing around on the table. Lol, very strange situation I must say. But, I didn't die so I consider the surgery a success.

9
mikejones 9 points ago +9 / -0

I stubbed my toe and had trouble breathing thinking i broke my toe. The drugs+ situation gave him a panic attack.

3
current_horror 3 points ago +3 / -0

Panic attacks suck.

Of course you didn't deliberately put yourself in a bad situation where a panic attack would occur and then attempt to use your panic attack as an excuse to escape that bad situation.

Imagine if we lived in a world where every criminal had access to a spoken password that immediately shut down all police intervention. Oh wait, we do live in that world, and that password is "I can't breathe".

1
independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

Imagine if we lived in a world where every criminal had access to a spoken password that immediately shut down all police intervention. Oh wait, we do live in that world, and that password is "I can't breathe".

Exactly, and I mention this elsewhere in the thread. "I CAN'T BREEV" has been a common motif in these arrest-resisting videos for many years now. Since whatever incident made that a MSM catch-phrase a few years back, I was already tired of hearing that idiot mantra in bodycam/dashcam videos (because as with all MSM catchphrases, the lowest-IQ people repeat them in lieu of intelligent thought.)

Anyway : ) Because I watch a lot of police videos (which obviously involve lots of joggers arrest-resisting) I have heard "AH CAN'T BREEV" ad nauseum to the point of loathing the sound of it like a bad Top 40 song that sticks around for years. This is why I find the pre-going-to-ground part of the St. Floyd The Non-Compliant video comical, he is herping the "AH CAN'T BREEV" mantra early on in the incident when the officers were being much nicer than they should have been, and not in any way impeding his breathing while trying to struggle against being put in the Police car.

1
Cacciali_Via 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ironically, Floyd wasn't lying. He was dying from an OD.

After hearing that the EMTs drove a block away from the chaotic crowd before rendering full aid, there is nothing Chauvin could have done.

1
independentbystander 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've just heard that bit, although I have read about other EMTs in other situations having to do the same (getting away from a hostile crowd situation to render aid.)

This is another bad aspect of this permissive Leftist encouragement of bad behavior/ignorance of proper decorum. Joggers and SJWs now feel it is appropriate-if not their rightful duty- to be belligerent and interfere with police in the process of arrest. It is quite dangerous to everyone involved, because those interfering could cause a distraction that allows an armed perp to start shooting wildly. It's likely in that environment the too-close repetitively-screeching bystanders may be armed also.

>But at least the police are armed and can shoot back, in these recent years of rioting I'm reading about ETMs and firefighters being attacked and obviously there is no excuse for that.

Quick! Call the fire department! There’s another mostly peaceful burning of an auto store!!

10
IBentMyWookie 10 points ago +10 / -0

I’ll say my city (Philly) but not my industry; just joined the store a few weeks ago and found out they were hit in the riots. I asked for how much.

$200K worth of shit stolen. Stripped down to the studs.

9
Handshakemilkshake2 9 points ago +9 / -0

Reminds me of that scene in Lord of War where they made an emergency landing somewhere in Africa so the ATF wouldn't catch them.

Plane was stripped overnight.

1
Cacciali_Via 1 point ago +1 / -0

I know a guy who was hired to do strip mall renovations in the jogger part of town. They had to board up a bunch of windows before beginning work.

The blacks would come right behind them unscrewing the plywood to steal it as fast as they put it up.

Appreciate it. They are bounced back at this point, but when the trial verdict comes who knows what round two will look like (the store has a new manager too and I can see him going rooftop Korean).

Ps Are you a West Virginian? Debating moving out that way, ever since I really studied a map and realized it touches PA.

6

The Global Elite are not beyond doing anything. A Fake "alien invasion" to unite the world under a single World Government. Perfect Pretext for the next phase in the Great Reset.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not all at once, no. Look it up. They can use this to prey upon the superstitious all around the world by changing the image to supercede the dominant religion in each region separately.

"Lying signs and wonders" is in the Christian Bible. Lots of religions have future signs in the sky. I'm afraid lots of Christians will get fooled by their parlor tricks.

The most likely scenario is to merge all this into one world religion. Anti-pope Francis seems to be giving them momentum.

1
PrezElectHamsandwich 1 point ago +1 / -0

MAGABrick 10 points ago +10 / -0

Collapse of the dollar, UBI, total government reliance and control. People who lost everything will come groveling to the government for scraps.

2
VoidWanderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

The problem with that is if the dollar is allowed to collapse by the "Fed" it won't matter that there's government assistance because it won't be worth anything. It'll be wheelbarrows full of bills for a loaf of bread. There won't be anything for the plebs to grovel to the government for.

That's the reason the "Fed" is doing everything it can to hide how much money it's actually printing and why the multiple bailouts to all sorts of sectors of the economy were swept under the rug. They don't want the dollar to collapse otherwise they would have done it already as we've already had multiple 08 sized bubble's "pop" over the past 5 years.

1
MAGABrick 1 point ago +1 / -0

What do you think of the Fed's "digital currency"? (which the dollar pretty much already is but they want a piece of the crypto pie)

1
VoidWanderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Depends on how it's handled, but I expect it to be minor because of all the issues that will come with using it compared to something like Bitcoin that is not only already established but has enough market presence to require it to be taken over by the government, which would ruin it, to displace it. Also it would be in no way "private", which is one of the bigger selling points of Bitcoin and other current crypto. (Which is debatable for even current crypto, because you can track it and eventually narrow down who is spending it from which wallet even if you don't know their name to begin with)

Sure they'll push it and attempt to make it the "only" crypto currency to use for anything related to the federal government and begin to phase out "physical" cash, but it has a long hill to climb to not only be something the average person is willing to drop the "physical" dollar for, but be accepted in more places than just doing business with the government itself. The problem is any currency needs faith that it's worth something, which is part of why everything about the state of the dollar is kept so quiet. That's why there's really only a few actually valuable cryptio currencies among the thousands of ones you can by for pennies and I expect the "fed's" crypto to be the exact same way with them trying to just eventually take over Bitcoin if they want to actually play in the crypto market.

2
IBentMyWookie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Carrington? Who dat?

3
Sexual-Assault-Rifle 3 points ago +3 / -0

"The Carrington Event was a powerful geomagnetic storm on September 1–2, 1859, during solar cycle 10. A solar coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetosphere and induced the largest geomagnetic storm on record."

2
Shroudedf8 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, technically they could probably fake that. Most of the data of solar activity is from the government. Due to independent astronomers, they'd have to tie it to an event that actually occurred, just didn't cause the faked catastrophe. Solar max is on it's way in about 5 years, so your thought is definitely conceivable.

2
americafirst1994 2 points ago +2 / -0

if we even make it that far

10
GlockArm 10 points ago +10 / -0

And they'll arrest everyone who defends themselves, and let the rioters go free.

People are gonna have to learn to shoot the government after you shoot the anarchist. One is backing up the other and you will never get a fair trail in this country again. Like that guy that defended himself with a gun, was ruled self defense then ANTIFA staked out the AG's house until he changed his mind and tried to prosecute him for clear cut self defense.

Guy shouldn't have shot himself. He should have went and shot the AG.

6
PieceOfParchment7 6 points ago +6 / -0

Then the mostly peaceful shootings start.

4
current_horror 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't think the last round of riots were even remotely organic. With democrats having successfully stolen the last election, there's little reason for them to orchestrate and enable anymore civil unrest. If anything, I think they'll suddenly discover that riots spread covid-19 and use any demonstrations as an excuse to implement the vaccine passports.

16

Even though obviously wrong, her ‘community’ will still view her that way, and she will be targeted.

8
gunteh 8 points ago +8 / -0

Ive known good criminals and bad cops. Bad priests, honorable thieves. You can be on one side of the law or the other but if you make a deal with somebody you keep your word. Anyone who changes what they say to fit the narrative is bad in my book.

1
GlockArm 1 point ago +1 / -0

It isn't about agreeing with it, it's about reality. Like not standing in the middle of the road then complaining when someone rolls your ass over. Are they always in the right? No. are the retards standing in the road blocking cars from going where they are standing still 70 IQ brainlets that put themselves into that situation? Yeah.

It's a matter of reality. It's not "right or wrong". It's, now she is gonna have a target on her head. Like every single person that goes against the big lie (the narrative).

Antifa is a state run terrorist organization to keep dissidents in line. They are excused, bailed and pardoned out of crimes while they harass AG's to overturn case decisions.

Also proves my earlier theory that there was a drug deal going down at the cup foods. Thats why he was just sitting around in his car even after passing a fake 20$. Who the F just sits in a car after buying smokes, especially after being accused of using a fake bill.

GF set up a drug deal at the cup foods, and cops showed up so he swalled the stash. Hall lied about who he was to the cops. All of it was theatrics to not get busted and sent to the big house for drug dealing.

Chauvin is still a shitty dude, but in a way I can't blame him. You got a POS drugged out criminal acting a fool not complying and you have COVID going around. He just didn't want to deal with that shit, and you have a hostile crowd forming right in front of you.

I'm amazed they didn't pay more heed to the big brains who can't get three words out without saying "bro". Honestly the bystanders should be charged for being so stupid and inarticulate that the cops brains probably glitched out trying to decipher their gibberish.

I counted about 25 bros in one minute of video, in addition to threats of violence against cops and calling them names, all of which I'm sure contributed to them being able to think really clearly and rationally during a very critical time. Next time I'm in a really life-threatening situation I'm going to make sure I repeat the same nonsensical words over and over to help out.

Clear that the state lawyers opened up her drug history because they knew she has a record. That was to disarm the defense from doing so. But even so real disappointed the defense didn't go there harder. My guess she was (is) not just an addict, but also a hooker. Normally that is the relationship between a male, and female dopers. Him for protection, and her to sell her ass for drug money. I'd bet she has a record to support that going back years, In other words Floyd was her pimp. I might be wrong, but I don't think so ! Really surprised at how fast she could go from "crying" to laughing in one second. She's a hard case that's been around the block, and worked the alleys.

28
cryptoa 28 points ago +29 / -1

It represents all their problems.

The biggest one? Racism.

They take up for other people because of the color of their skin, and condemn white people as automatically "trying to get them".

All because black people seem to feel entitled to crime. Like when they whine on live TV that a victim "dindnt hav 2 shoot him!".

It's not hard to get a druggie girlfriend when you have a lot of drugs.

did you see this woman? Looks like your usual meth head.

You lose all credibility when your connection to the "victim" is that you did lots of illegal drugs together and swallowed stuff from unknown sources, and continued even after he overdoses... meanwhile you have two kids.

15
cryptoa 15 points ago +15 / -0

But she straightened her hair and wore nice clothes.

Totally credible now bro.

So far seems her testimoney is Floyd was strong as fuck, but a total drug addict who overdosed mulitple times.

Why did the prosecution think this was a good idea? (oh ya right because they are throwing the case to have another summer of love)

6
SaulGoodman 6 points ago +6 / -0

And she testified that he cared about his kids and that "he would be there for them whenever he could." I think it was an attempt at sympathy for the jury but if you're a responsible person (e.g., you don't get hospitalized for heroin and opioid use), it's not a good look.

4
lixa 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not only that but he was known for not paying support for his OWN kids. She was definitely trying to paint him as being such a sweet person... who um just happened to beat a pregnant woman with a gun on her stomach during a home invasion. Totally sensible.

4
operatorstorm712 4 points ago +5 / -1

Nah, they might go for letting the cop walk because: 1. they really want to kick off that race war; 2. they want to blame it on Trump, and the cops, but mostly Trump; 3. they need a distraction from the fucked up mess they're already turning our country into and what's coming down the pike which might be even worse than what they're doing now; 4. maybe Chauvin is dirty and this is his hush-up payment, who knows? (in which case, prepare for him to meet with an unfortunate bass fishing accident); 5. they really want to kick off that race war/ban guns, so people won't pay attention to the shit they were doing, are doing, will be doing.

2

If BLM riots again, the Dems will use it as an excuse to push even harder.

16
Swaraj_ 16 points ago +19 / -3

honestly i don't think anything the witnesses say matter. i think it's all show. i just find it hard to believe that between the corrupt local government and the cucked citizenry there are people who don't already have their mind made up about the incident. i think everyone in the jury had their mind made before they sat down and this doesn't end well for chauvin. and even beyond that, no matter what decision actually does come out riots peaceful handholding across the country will still occur.

8
DiscoverAFire 8 points ago +8 / -0

It's all circus, and the lawyers want to get paid. The more witnesses, the more time spent prepping them, the more days in court... $$$$

5
marishiten 5 points ago +5 / -0

That's not how Attorney's are paid.

They're on a salary from the state. They get paid if they're in court or not.

There's incentive to NOT be in court.

The defense team is getting MASSIVE recognition from this case so if they pull it off, the publicity ALONE is worth a metric ton of weight in gold.

Defense could be pro bono and they would make their money back in a day.

The state has to pay jurors and bailiffs and shit. There's incentive for them not to waste money and considering they're paid no matter what, they don't want to be in court.

4
DiscoverAFire 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm pretty sure the attorneys that the police union have on retainer are making bank off this, but you're right for the prosecution side.

Case hasn't fallen apart. At all.

No predictions as to what a fair and just outcome would be.

GF was dead when the ambulance arrived, and never showed vital signs after that. Doesn't help the defense ...

2
ActualAdult 2 points ago +2 / -0

His police sergeant also said that a neck restraint could be held for 'as long as is reasonable'. When queried if reasonable meant until someone was no longer resisting, and replied 'yes'.

So basically the police sergeant just implicitly said that kneeling on the neck after Floyd stopped responding was not reasonable.

However there's still a defence case to be made that the knee was not on the neck, and the paramedic that checked his pulse on his neck was able to reach the arty without Chauvin moving, which I'm guessing the defence will highlight as evidence that the knee was in fact not compressing the neck.

The jury were just invited to leave the room so the defence could challenge the admissability of some of the current witness's evidence. The prosecution want the Sergeant to deliver a verdict on whether the use of force was appropriate but the Sergeant has done none of the normal 'use of force' investigation as that was escalated up the chain.

The judge is allowing the question of whether Floyd should have been put into the recovery position - which is an odd question, as the paramedic already testified that Floyd was 'on his side', which (as opposed to prone on his chest) means he was already in it.

0
CuomoisaMassMurderer 0 points ago +0 / -0

breh, he swallowed a stash, plus there was a stash on the sidewalk caught in one of the surveillance videos. multiple stashes!

10
Blue_Country_Refugee 10 points ago +10 / -0

The defense said in the opening statement that meth+fentanyl pills made to look like percocets were found on the floorboard of Floyd's vehicle and the floor of the police car both with Floyd's spit and DNA on them indicating he was, once again, trying to swallow drugs to avoid the law.

Its gonna be wild.

3
anon09 3 points ago +3 / -0

we all know it'll end in riots =/

4
SaulGoodman 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think that's key. The prosecution is trying to show that Floyd was a habitual drug use (true) and that he was therefore tolerant of high levels of fentanyl (probably true). But if he took a large amount of drugs in a short period of time -- in other words, much more than a normal dose like you would if you tried to consume all the drugs in your possession in an attempt to hide evidence -- that creates reasonable doubt that he died of an overdose.

2
cryptoa 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
amerika_f1rst 2 points ago +2 / -0

Idk if you watched any of the initial juror interviews (I found these on some 4chan thread, but they are on YouTube AFAIK), but one of the jurors (F, mid 20’s, mulatto) said that when she got the court summons for this case, she was “excited”, and definitely sounded like it.

She’s definitely convicting.

There’s going to be massive rioting and fires and unpunished murder no matter what because “multicultural civilization” is an oxymoron. There’s vast segment of this broken country that does not give a gnat’s fart about the law or anything beyond their own basest drives.

I already told my husband he will be working from home on the day they expect a verdict.

4

Their friend pleaded the 5th against self incrimination to. This case is now dead on arrival. Kek

4
ismellhippies 4 points ago +4 / -0

i'm surprised there's no sticky thread for each day's trial. Unless they get murder 2 to stick there will be riots.

I find murder 3 very unlikely to stick, but I do think Manslaughter is plausible. Simply because Chauvin' was still holding Floyd down for like a minute after he went limp despite his partners asking multiple times if they should roll him over into recovery. My understanding is the neck hold was ok per department policy, but department policy you are supposed to roll the perp over into recovery position after you have control of them. This is where I think manslaughter is a possible outcome.

Despite the fact that Floyd was high as a kite and probably OD'ed there's a hypothetical scenario that's pretty common in law school: If george floyd jumps of of the 50th story of a building to commit suicide, but someone shoots him as he passes the 25th floor, was George Floyd murdered even though he was already in free fall?

Because protocol wasn't followed to a T, there is an argument to get Chauvin on manslaughter.

3
JustHereForTheSalmon 3 points ago +4 / -1

3
MarginofFraud 3 points ago +3 / -0

A history of erratic behavior around cops, a history of near deadly overdoses, a history of trying to swallow his drugs when caught by cops? All of these things are going to blow fat holes in the prosecution's case.

Then there's the cashier who described getting stiffed with a counterfeit $20 by this real class act, Floyd.

3
Desperado 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the weirdest trial I've ever seen. More like a coroner's court than a criminal trial. A lot of procedural detail. But barely a mention of Chauvin by the prosecution.

I mean barely a mention. Of the defendant and his role in what happened. The prosecution wants to talk about Floyd a lot. But not Chauvin. Yet he's the one on trial!

TLDR Prosecution barely mentions Chauvin. Implies that they don't have much of a case.

3
ThebigLMAOski17 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm warning everyone i know to get ready...

Chauvin is innocent, and he will be acquitted, and these fucking animals will tear this country apart all summer.

you thought last summer was bad, wait till there is nobody there to stop them.

it's going to get UGLY.

if you live in a major city right now, get out while you still can.

1
Cacciali_Via 1 point ago +1 / -0

The mayors have no motive to give them "room to destroy" this time. The election is over.

The mpls riot ended the second the nat guard was deployed. They all just went home.

1
ThebigLMAOski17 1 point ago +1 / -0

You don't seem to understand the motivation behind the riots, you'll learn over the next 6 months that it was never about Trump, it's about fear and control and chaos.

They want you locked in your homes and scared.

They want to sew racial division and hatred.

They want a civil war to break out, they want us to start shooting each other.

This isn't left vs right, this is everyone vs the US.

And all the people being paid to allow it, and encourage it to happen, are now in control of the government.

We are the last roadblock and we are under attack.

And now the only person who cared enough about this country to stop them has been blatantly cheated out of an election he clearly won and nobody seems to care enough to do anything about it.

They just blew the doors wide open on the boarder and we are being invaded by droves and droves of insurgents who will be joining the riots this summer.

The stage is set.

Enjoy the show.

Well that's it... if Chauvin's knee didn't have to move for the medic to take his pulse on his carotid then Chavin was not kneeling on his carotid. The worst that could be said is that they didn't do CPR when they should have, but in that case it's all the officers. And they had reason to believe Floyd could be a danger to everyone on the scene if he was rolled on his back and resuscitated, it is understandable that they didn't do so.

2
Khryn_Tzu-TTV 2 points ago +2 / -0

If he had a pulse on the carotid, that really wrecks that whole bullshit "Blood Choke" narrative that fake MMA guy was trying to press the other day.

3
lixa 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t get the impression he had a pulse but the key is that Chauvin did not appear to be pressing on his carotid. Yeah that guy was silly. If anything his behaviour at the scene contributed to the officers not taking further action I think. In any case, Floyd saying he couldn’t breathe before anyone restrained him seems like the case is destroyed.

1
minarch 1 point ago +1 / -0

Both paramedics testified that he had no pulse.
