Video evidence is not actually evidence! Film at least is a chemical reaction to light and can not be altered.... digital files are VERY SIMPLE TO ALTER.... digital anything can be changed..... it would have to have very tight chain of TRACEABILITY... I would suggest that a cellphone isn’t exactly that!
