So, when they "needed" some more votes, they would "grab" voters from the registration database over and over again -- but with the intention of not "going over" the maximum permissible votes tabulated from the 2010 census.
Lindell and his guest claim they did this with a very sophisticated computer operation, that operated in real-time and that this pattern is repeated all over the country -- in that millions of votes were ostensibly manufactured this way.
I do not know if this is all true...but I do think the video is well worth watching.

In this short video (Scientific Proof), they try to show what actual strategy was being employed during that hacking operation. If you watch both videos it is certainly interesting!
