Only thing I know is when someone dies I don't even know of a way to remove them or if they move out of the state.

The people I bought my house from moved to another state but I got their ballots in the mail.

Just did a google search and I don't see a way for me to let them know my father is dead or the people that don't live in this state anymore should not be getting ballots still.
