I thought so too. I watched that video, it is pretty convincing. I am not a data scientist but I work with data and systems (whether electronic systems or human order systems or other) NEVER line up with the degree of precision that the scientist is claiming.

I cannot verify the claims, but, if the numbers are true, this was 100% accomplished through the deep state. Only they have the depth of shadow and the kinds of tentacles that could arrange for this.
