In Louisiana Bill Cassidy (won with 59%) got 1% more than Trump (won with 58%). That is flat out bullshit.
That is why Nancy Pelosi was initially using talking points from the prepared script that the Democrats had a MANDATE and that voters across the US had REJECTED Trump.

If it was just dominon counties, that makes more sense. I'm not sure if that is stated though. At the beginning he says every couny, period.
