Imo the explanation for the cheat is usually simple... fake ballots added from suitcases under the table, or rescanning, is just way more likely IMO than a distributed software hack.
At some point, a paper trail is required, right? Who would do a digital-only cheat? That would be so easy to find.
I think Trump won something like 100 million to 45 million, thereabouts. To make up a deficit that humongous I'm sure they cheated in everyway possible.
