It would be simple to proof wrongdoing by simply recounting BY HAND some of the smaller county's ballot. It would take less than 1 hour for 1 person to recount a county with 600-800 ballots. Does the hand recount match the computer total reported to the state? If it matches, than Lindal's proposed theory is false. Problem solved.
Seriously, why doesn't some small county with less than 1000 ballots kick back one day and say "we are going to recount ballots this mourning and we'll be done before lunch we can put this BS to rest."

I think the mass mail in ballots would scupper that too. They manufactured the ballots to match the machines
