Originally from California, and I can vouch for your words. Nearly ALL the homeless you see living on the streets are older white people! NO Latinos. White people are being displaced by automation, and through lack of Spanish. The companies want bilingual workers, and that pretty much sums up the reason for the homeless situation in California. They are not all druggies or alcoholics, but people who became dispensable and should have seen the signs that they needed to relocate! This will be the fate of each state without foresight to rectify the problem!
