There are tons of sources on this but until enough people learn this truth and apply it, they are going to be more of a liability than a help. The federal government has never been the ultimate arbiter of the American people and never will be. They have simply gotten away up til now with many usurpation's and illegal actions.
This will be coming to an end now that the federal government has effectively gone insane. You can follow organizations or people like Tenth Amendment Center, JBS, Tom Woods, Kris Anne Hall and many more who are constantly teaching the truth of what powers the people have and the federal government does not have.
