So this means that you have to get more shots after six months? What's the point of the vaccine then?

Remember how we never had a flu shot that was more than 30% or so effective? Its because the corona family of viruses is able to mutate rapidly. There has never been a vaccine for any type of coronavirus and there never will be. This is to edit your genome.
