The people make a “down payment” usually Soros $$$. That gets them to the border. They owe that cartel’s coyote the balance. The other coyote, usually the same cartel, escorts them across. Some are forced to carry drugs with them, drop them off on the US side, then surrender to CBD with their script “I seek asylum”. Once released in the US, the cartels use them as curriers, sex slaves, or send them back to do it all again to pay off their debt. However, that debt is never really paid off. America is being played. Cartels have been known to put a group of naked immigrants in a “clown house” in Riverside CA, awaiting the balance of their payment. When no money comes, the cartel calls CBP and reports the clown house. The immigrants are sent back, still owing the balance of their journey. Then they do it again.
