Did he usually jog in his rented graduation tuxedo? WAGA TV5's website seems to think so.

One would think that it would've clashed with his jogging hammer.

Just in time for those election laws. What a coincidence.

Why is it that these race cases always seem to go on hold until the weather starts to get better (never scheduled for winter).... hmmm maybe because riots are more fun in the sun

That means nothing. He wasn’t caught in a crime and he was senselessly murdered by two vigilantes. His history is irrelevant in this case.

Since the people at the scene had called the cops, .. the older guy was on the phone with them līve while it occured, .. there's no proof that they were actually attempting a 'citizen's arrest'.

Holding someone for the cops, and a 'citizen's arrest' are different things.

Georgia apparently removed citizen's legal ability to arrest perpetrators (even though that wasn't a factor) , and left intact the ability to hold suspects for the police (which is what was occurring.)

Fvcking 🤡🌎

The father and son would have to have observed a felony. Is there evidence that they observed that felony?

Yea no. While you’re correct, I disagree with the defense. I don’t think anyone jogging deserves to be shot, unless he was actually committing a crime. These are two good ol’ boys trying to do what the cops should have done, then they had the cops code it up. Fuck that.

He wasn't shot for 'suspicion of casing a future robbery', ..

he was shot for (read to the end) ..

being a known sketchy fucker, whom the local police had referred area residents, and the out-of-state owner, to former cops for better handling,

and when those people .. recommended by the local police .. tried to detain the fucker until the cops arrived (just 30 seconds later), Aubrey attacked a man and tried to wrest control of the man's 12 guage shotgun,

Aubrey failing to steal control of the other person's weapon, but getting shot twice during his attempt.

TLDR, Aubrey committed suicide by clearly changing direction, running at, and trying to attack someone holding a shotgun.

Frankly the changes to state legislation over this matter is ridiculous. The highest notice necessary should have been a Darwin Award.

I thought he was shot because he was a fucking retard who picked a fight with a man with a gun

Do you often jog 10 plus miles wearing work boots?

That's not true at all. He wasn't senselessly murdered, he was shot after going for one of the men's guns. Should they have been following him? Probably not. But it's not like they shot him randomly for no reason.

State will make the case that he was being detained against his will thus Arbery was acting in his own defense.

5
OGpsywar 5 points ago +5 / -0

He was never 'detained'. He -- at a full run --committed felony battery on a man holding a shotgun to aid his attempts to elude.

Vehicles were on both sides of him following him and boxed him in. That’s what the state will say.

2
OGpsywar 2 points ago +2 / -0

No doubt that will be said, .. but he had a Clear escape route across the open field to the right.

Somehow, .. instead of just keeping-on running where running would be easy but trucks probably couldn't follow, .. some neurons in his 'mind' misfired and he changed directions towards a shotgun and thought "hey, ya know what, I got this!"

Yea that’s the whole point.

If there is evidence that he used jogging as an excuse to case and steal from homes in the past. It's pretty relevant. Did you watch the video?

Not premeditated. Who attacked who first? Jogger revealed his cards by choosing to attack an armed man. Innocent person wouldn't have chosen that path. They would have complied or ran.
