That means nothing. He wasn’t caught in a crime and he was senselessly murdered by two vigilantes. His history is irrelevant in this case.

That's not true at all. He wasn't senselessly murdered, he was shot after going for one of the men's guns. Should they have been following him? Probably not. But it's not like they shot him randomly for no reason.

State will make the case that he was being detained against his will thus Arbery was acting in his own defense.

He was never 'detained'. He -- at a full run --committed felony battery on a man holding a shotgun to aid his attempts to elude.
