A legitimate court, knowing what they know from other witnesses, would've thrown out the case or at least called a mistrial on the spot. But a legitimate DA would never have brought the charges in the first place, because they already have this information. Remember, there are rarely shocks in a trial, it's just everything the DA and defense team already knows being presented before a jury. This is a totally illegitimate kangaroo court and Chauvin's only hope is a hung jury because the blacks on the jury have been put there for one reason, conviction, and despite any evidence presented before them otherwise that is what they'll vote for
