Hi everyone, I'm usually just a lurker but wanted to ask for some advice. I was told by the HR rep at my work that "White people do not have a cultural identity but Black people do". I told her this was clearly racist and she set up an appointment for me with the Equity group to discuss. Any advice or data on white culture to help convince the Equity division people would be appreciated.

Using race as a determinant of cultural validity is the definition of racism.
If cognitive dissonance has erased the capacity for reason, no legitimate discussion can even begin, let alone develop to any productive consensus.
To keep this job, you'll probably need to meekly agree to any shortcoming of character that HR chooses to assign, and keep your head down, mouth shut, and eyes wide open, until you can find a less racist employer.
Good luck, fren.
