Hi everyone, I'm usually just a lurker but wanted to ask for some advice. I was told by the HR rep at my work that "White people do not have a cultural identity but Black people do". I told her this was clearly racist and she set up an appointment for me with the Equity group to discuss. Any advice or data on white culture to help convince the Equity division people would be appreciated.

So, is it only "black" people that have a "cultural identity"? Ask exactly what that is and how someone qualifies as "black"? Take the Constitution and the Bill of Rights into that meeting with you and ask them to show you any person of color's signature. Make sure to make them read it when they try to suggest you're a racist.
