Hi everyone, I'm usually just a lurker but wanted to ask for some advice. I was told by the HR rep at my work that "White people do not have a cultural identity but Black people do". I told her this was clearly racist and she set up an appointment for me with the Equity group to discuss. Any advice or data on white culture to help convince the Equity division people would be appreciated.

Do not go in front of a group by yourself. You will be ambushed and bullied. Ask for a different HR rep or an ally to go with you. They are setting you up.
Also, how did end up at HR anyway?
