Well it's look like it but it's "just"

  • coffee

  • cigarettes (cotinine is metabolite of nicotine)

  • fentanyl and its metabolite norfentanyl

  • fentanyl precursor (4-ANPP; synthesis impurities)

  • meth

  • morphine (probably additive to fentanyl)

  • weed alkaloids

So you can boil it down to fentanyl, meth and weed. Cigs and coffee are of least concern here

Nobody cuts fentanyl with morphine.

If anything it was heroin cut with Fentanyl. (Shows up on tox report as morphine)

Yep, you're right.

Diacethylmorphine (heroine) gets mostly metabolized to morphine right after getting to brain. It gets to brain easier and faster that's why it's more potent in the first place.

Does the amount of norfentanyl correspond to an equal amount of fentanyl being metabolized?
