I'm glad states are overhauling their election process but it's too little, too late until we address the fact that our current administration is wholly illegitimate.

121
NZbacon 121 points ago +123 / -2

This is how you replace the current administration.

44
xprncd_n00b 44 points ago +44 / -0

Meanwhile we have to endure 4 long years of Biden's cough Harris' cough bullshit.

35
Goldlight 35 points ago +35 / -0

best you can do is consolidate power in the areas you control

15
Marshall2 15 points ago +22 / -7

Secession is how you consolidate POWER. Biden's handlers will just say they don't like what Texas is doing and send in the troops. That's how tyranny works.

13
Goldlight 13 points ago +15 / -2

you can consolidate power without formally seceding

that's how it happened a lot IRL, you form a power block that the central power can't effectively fight and control and now you do your own thing

5
Cutter 5 points ago +11 / -6

I really have a hard time understanding why people think secession is a good idea. To me it's akin to abandoning your home because someone burglarized it.

16
Marshall2 16 points ago +16 / -0

It's because 45% of the country likes living under tyranny and making everybody else live under tyranny too,

-1
Cutter -1 points ago +3 / -4

So because we don't like the way the left is acting, we should just walk away? Sorry, I'm a fan of deescalation, but not when it comes to letting my enemies take what is not theirs to take.

4
Redpillgirlfrommars 4 points ago +5 / -1

It’s more like abandoning your home when the person who burglarizes your home continues to occupy it while doing everything in their power to destroy it and invite their friends to come and do more destruction, all the while demoralizing you and when you call the police they either don’t pick up or they say “I mean, I don’t really know what you expect us to do.”

3
commies4jail2021 3 points ago +3 / -0

imagine living in a neighborhood where half the people have red grass, and they hate green grass and throw trash in your yard because of it. And you have green grass, but think red grass is ugly and stupid. Do you not want to move to a neighborhood where all the grass is green and people don't throw trash in your yard?

1
Marshall2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not abandoning MY home. Abandoning the HOME of lefturds to get what they deserve.

1
Latin_Patriot_MAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

In reality it is like letting your house be robbed, waiting for those who rob you to feel comfortable in it, making a claim, waiting patiently for justice to do its job, justice by right has to remove these thieves, you get your house back without having thrown a word with these thieves, and the law has to pay you for damages, and the thieves will pay for that.

1
Carry_Your_Name 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, they'll pressure big corporations to leave Texas, just like what they did through Coca Cola and Delta Airlines in Georgia.

4
Droford 4 points ago +4 / -0

I hardly doubt Coca Cola is going to uproot out of Atlanta after 125 years just because of some voting laws in Georgia. If anything they'll use the threat of moving to get tax breaks to stay

1
Marshall2 1 point ago +1 / -0

Then it's an even better move to rid ourselves of the ENEMY WITHIN.

Georgia?

States fighting corruption of the feds and the left is our only remaining peaceful resort after Trump failed to fight corruption at the federal level, despite having the full power of the DoJ at his fingertips.

The states' fighting voter fraud should be supported, even if all we see now are baby steps from a few at first.

0
GorillaTactics 0 points ago +1 / -1

We are still addressing that. This is a multi-front battle.

14
HeavyMetalPatriot 14 points ago +15 / -1

We are still addressing that.

After twice reviewing the charts and assertions in Lindell's new video, I gotta say Team Trump has got the proof that should quake the nation (even more than before because now we're talking mathematical evidence of computerized interference). That said, I am a hopium addict.

22
MarchDC2020 22 points ago +22 / -0

I have been meeting with my Church friends regularly. After the 6th they questioned my actions. After seeing Lindell's video they understand. It is working, spread the word.

8
NateBedfordForrest 8 points ago +8 / -0

I like seeing this thread. Keep it up, scooter. Keep it up.

9
War_Hamster 9 points ago +10 / -1

I'll be a Hopium addict until they bury my furry corpse 6 feet under.

Doesn't mean we don't have to work towards those ends and prepare for less desirable outcomes.

Honestly, though, saying we're being realistic about the various possible outcomes is more accurate. There are still several possible outcomes that we'd welcome. And there are a few that are going to require a helluva lot more work. That's not really Hopium to me, but this site has labeled it thusly so we'll wear the mantle proudly.

3
TwoPlusTwoEqualsFour 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hopium withdrawal symptoms temporarily neutralized.

3
Goldlight 3 points ago +6 / -3

it's hard because the entire establishment is against you

I guess this is what the civil rights activists felt back in the 50's and 60's

8
War_Hamster 8 points ago +8 / -0

I'm really tempted to bash those civil rights activists who turned around and sold out their movement for political power thanks to LBJ, but I get your analogy and understand that a lot of them were fighting the good fight against tall odds.

I'd suggest our enemy is far more potent and motivated and the stakes are much higher.

3
Goldlight 3 points ago +3 / -0

probably right

we do have establishment republicans who sold out our party to the uni-party though probably for similar reasons

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

I would venture to say identical reasons.

deleted 0 points ago +3 / -3
5
War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Please re-read my first sentence. I'm very much aware that many of them were always about power.

My point is that there were some people, mainly Republicans, who pushed Civil Rights for the right reasons. Their good intentions were bastardized, no doubt, but that doesn't change the fact that the actual racist policies of the Dems needed to go.

You're highlighting something I agree with. Please try to not do it so condescendingly next time.

Houston's liberal mayor told everyone that they would be fined even for walking OUTSIDE without a mask. The police were like "yeah, you didn't pass any laws so we aren't enforcing that."

12
vote_for_MAGA_2020 12 points ago +12 / -0

Agreed. What exactly stopped them from passing this bill BEFORE the election? We were out here screaming that it needed to be done!

10
Pederella 10 points ago +10 / -0

They've all known the Dems committed various frauds. I don't know that anyone truly expected the breadth and depth of it in 2020. It was enough to not be ignorable. It was enough for the Repub side of the Uniparty to finally feel threatened. There has been enough push back from frens that their base and coffers are threatened.

2
TwoPlusTwoEqualsFour 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was why there was a 6th.

3
KajensAngel 3 points ago +3 / -0

Mostly because the legislators didn’t believe it was a problem. The “sore loser” one side will always be unhappy was the prevailing belief. It was preventing anyone from looking in to it. They trusted their election staff. They don’t now. Just my take.

1
TwoPlusTwoEqualsFour 1 point ago +1 / -0

I really enjoyed being 14. I hope you do too.

2
Carry_Your_Name 2 points ago +2 / -0

If the Dems abolishes the filibuster rule and passes the HR1 Corrupt Politician Act, will that overrule local election laws? Gotta be prepared for that, because they'll do it if other tactics don't work.

1
phandaal 1 point ago +1 / -0

State legislatures have sole discretion over how they choose their electors. The question is will they actually use that authority or will they yoke themselves to the federal government as always?

4
Taxis 4 points ago +4 / -0

Funny how they are passing these bills but deny the election was stolen.

57
HeavyVetting 57 points ago +58 / -1

If black people can't get ID then surely there's no problem banning drive thru voting?

42
giantrabbit1 [S] 42 points ago +44 / -2

Good point! If they can't get ID, then they can't drive to begin with.

Therefore, the TX Senate just abolished a form of white supremacy by abolishing drive through voting and made the process "more equitable for all races".

That's how this works right?

10
HockeyMom4Trump 10 points ago +10 / -0

Exactly how it works.

2
Toughsky_Shitsky 2 points ago +2 / -0

This comment should be its own post.

7
BuyPepe 7 points ago +7 / -0

I think it’s clear that a lot of people in our government, both patriots and deep state scum know the election was stolen. I hope it comes to a point where the elephant in the room is discussed and action is taken. Ideally we uphold justice and return faith In the constitutional republic for the people, by the people. Or alternatively, it goes kinetic and we use the mechanism to destroy these enemies as outlined in our founding.

I’m starting to think the chess board is becoming more visible. The virus, the vaccine, the demand for a vaccine passport? Mike Lindell’s efforts to showcase the steal and Trumps re-emergence? I believe they are anticipating Trump fighting back. Hence why they silenced him off social media. I believe we are in for exciting times.

What? What do you mean "limiting"? It should be banned forever and ever. Absentee ballots should be limited to very very few people and should have to be requested.

1
slaphappy2 1 point ago +1 / -0

It seems like mostly solid red states are doing this, but not swing states.

It's a nice development, but in the aggregate - not even close to sufficient.

That said - Georgia was certainly major good news in this area.

I'd really be excited to see Michigan and Pennsylvania, but I wonder if these are lost forever.

1
Snoman 1 point ago +1 / -0

Most of these reform bills seem to focus on mail in voting. Will that be enough to “stop the steal” ? Voter ID should be an equal or greater focus.

1
Bullet3250 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it was the MAIL-IN VOTING that was the TOOL used by the PERPETRATORS to commit the election Fraud.

They needed hundreds of thousands of FAKE or FLIPPED VOTES to FLIP PLACES LIKE MICHIGAN AND PA AND WI AND AZ.... there are only so many possible ways to actually do that (and beat an audit) - and MAIL IN VOTING IS ONE WAY.
