I don’t see how they are targeting the third world? We subsidize their food allowing them to explode on population size. Must’ve they go in with vaccines here and there but that has done almost nothing to slow population growth. Meanwhile many woman here in the United States struggle with fertility. If anything they want the dumb because they are more subservient
