Clearly full of herself, and overstepping herself. She could have offered assistance, but chose to interfere, and became no better then the crowd of agitators. As an EMT she was not a Nurse, Doctor, or medical expert. Even then those professionals would know to stand back until the police declared the scene safe. Something the crowd was preventing. On her day off she had no medical equipment, or medications, and medical help was on the way. Even when the ambulance arrived all they could do was to remove Floyd from the scene before attempting any treatment because of the interfering crowd of which she was a vocal part of. So that crowd helped Floyd die !
