The solution isn't easy. It is to get the young black generation to embrace reading, thinking for themselves, morality, self worth, value of life, fear of God, respect for elders, hard work, generosity, mercy, and most of all love. The solution targets morality and character, for any young person. With that their spirit and heart will guide them to a future that benefits everyone.
