Just to provide a little bit of Central NY knowledge here - Interstate 81 in Syracuse is a disaster. There have been talks for over a decade on how to reconstruct this highway and no progress has been made. Destroying it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

I must agree, I 81 in Syracuse does suck. I am suprised that Bootyfudge didn't bring up Hershey Highway I would think he would want money to improve that one.
