Can you rename your mobile hotspot to something Trumpish?

If so, can't we just go to public places and have that broadcast everywhere?

Yep, the only problem is that mobile hotspots tend to turn off after a while if not used to save battery. A router in your car is also a good idea, especially when traffic is stopped, people will see "wifi networks available", tap the icon then find your SSID.
