Reason is he doesn't know all of the procedural rules and parliamentary maneuvers. That's the reason that the Dems aren't deviating from their most experienced person (Piglosi). None of their young blood has any experience at the nitty gritty of legislating. Think back to 2010, when 0bamacare was almost dead and Piglosi used procedural maneuvers to get a "skinny" version through the House and pass a lot of add-ons at a later date.
That's why a freshman Rep. would never be speaker. They don't have that sort of experience.
Also...people don't understand that impeachment does not equal removal. For the same reason Trump survived two impeachments, Biden will too just because you need 67% in the Senate to remove. Kamala wouldn't be president unless you get 2/3 in the Senate to remove Joe.
I realize it takes 67 percent to remove, so we'd have to wipe out the Democrats in 2022 to do that. I don't buy the parlimentary stuff. Trump is a genius and the whole procedural rule BS in't rocket science. He could figure it out in a couple days.
