I don't think you realize how stupid illinois is. I work at a bank and we are seeing a lot of clients move residency to FL and the higher ups literally laugh in unison and say "haha I think you definitely want to stay away from Florida these days especially with the SeA lEvEls....." These people get paid way too much to be that fucking dumb
