Everything is basically opened. No masks outside. Some places require them inside. You take them off inside restaurants. I'm in the most "locked down" part of the state and even here things are mostly as before.

No they can not go to college in person in Central Florida (Osceola County). My daughter is enrolled in local community college & a high school senior (dual enrollment) and is stuck at home. This may vary by county.
