You see, there are some people that become Doctor's to help people. They believe in civic duty. They're the ones that join the military and help combat vets.
Then, there are other doctors. Like plastic surgeons, dermatologists, psychologists, etc. that are in the business for MONEY. You know what those sex change surgeries are considered? PLASTIC SURGERY. They cost HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They're not going to stop their practice and go to West Point to make 80k a year. Not when they can make MILLIONS in a private practice.
That's not going to happen.

Pilots leave the military for more lucrative flying jobs after they have been trained on the taxpayer dime. Why would a doctor be any different?
