Well, yes, a revote is a common remedy when mass fraud has been exposed in an election. Nobody will be satisfied with a Judge assigning a winner in a contested, fraud wrought election. The only solution is to remedy the issues that caused the fraud in the first place, then rerun the election.

I have no problem with a revote, either. There’s not much else to do in terms of seeking a remedy once election integrity has been breeched.

If audit finds fraudulent physical ballots, the remainder could be tallied and winners determined. If audit shows alteration, destruction or loss of ballots, new vote is needed.
