IMHO the GA election bill does not change much if anything. It codifies everything that was done last election, including ballot drop boxes. The changes are minor, like moving the drop boxes inside, and printing a name and precinct on mail ballots.

Democrats are pushing back here on these minor things so GA doesn't do a substantial reform of elections.
