HR1 overrides those state laws. So, worry.
About GA, see this other link.

Nothing overrides states rights because the fed won't invade a state to enforce it. And if they do, the states must take a stand; divided we fall.

The fed invaded in the past to force desegregation of schools. I think they would invade over this. I believe that the populace would roll over and let it happen. In any case, it is much better to fight it as legislation. People who won't even call and write their senators are not going to put themselves in danger to save the country.

We need better lawyers. And as long as the GOP understands HRs 1, 5, 8, 842 are death to enough of their own incumbents that corporations and lobbyists and foreign interests won't even bother with them anymore, yes they'll get good lawyers to fight this stuff in a HURRY.

I say we trip up the RINOs - if the Left thinks McConnell is in control of things, they won't pass those HRs and nuke the 'buster because they think they can control him and that's enough.

Make them believe that. Until we take either the House or Senate back, and then we rip control from McConnell.

They own the game. They cannot bitch at us about playing by their rules and they know it. Bush Sr, Obama and DJT all fell into the same trap - they thought being in charge was being in an unchallengeable position of strength.

Conveniently, they all forgot about what usually happens during a Midterm. 2003 was a pan-flash. This time, the Dems are playing wise to this and they'll do anything to keep power, just like Netanyahu.
