There is no state in the U.S. that can override Federal Civil Rights law. And none of them have mask laws, they're mask mandates. Just look it up, I'm surprised so many people including you just don't look up a new policy before they blindly do what everyone else is doing.
In the United States, a business receives a business license, which a privilege to serve you, the public. The public are protected by civil rights and you cannot discriminate against customers for wearing a medical device nor can you legally prove that anyone has covid. And its highly illegal for anyone to ask your for your medical papers.
The mask mandate, if you're sheep enough to follow it, even has exemptions on the bottom that range from mental disability, stress, and asthma, and even state that you should leave anyone not wearing a mask alone and not confront them about it, for your own safety.
i said businesses refuse to serve you here because if they are caught serving people without a mask they get big fines from the state which was upheld by our state's supreme court.

businesses here refuse to serve you here w/o a mask for the most part, but we have stopped putting them on our kids & it's going well.
