Interesting. Thanks for sharing. The ideas are great but I'm surprised the presentation wasn't better considering the pro behind it, though. It rushed through the good parts that needed more explanation and his star screen was not very visible. Maybe a visit to his website will clear things up : )
where do people's souls go while they wait for judgement? my belief is they're suspended up there in the heavens, we call them stars. the scriptures tell us that God knows every single one by name. ;)
Well I believe in the Catholic teaching that our soul immediately stands before God for what we call the Particular Judgement. This article explains what we believe. Of course, YMMV.

I'm just going by revelation... "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works." Rev. 20:12
and paul, in hebrews, talking about man's labour to enter into God's rest, and many other passages that ellude to the fact that everyone who has died is still waiting.
There will be two judgements, the one that Revelations refer to is the general judgement at the end of the world. Catholics believe that at the time of death there is a particular judgement that determines the soul's place for eternity, heaven, hell or purgatory, (a time of suffering for the temporal punishment due to sin that was not expiated in time or on earth. Spent there until Jesus determines otherwise.)
revelation also references death and hell being cast into the lake of fire: "And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Rev. 20:13-15
