Exactly. As someone who drives for a living, I already hate going to the parts of town that have no freeways. If they rip up all the freeways through black neighborhoods, it'll just fuck over those neighborhoods. A lot of different services won't want to come or will charge extra if it's 45 minutes on side streets to get there instead of 15 minutes on a freeway.
