I went to visit a client datacenter in Atlanta once and it was built like a military compound... Fencing, barbed wire, concrete barriers. Across the street... an apartment complex.
Someone stopped my wife and I while we were walking around to tell us not to go down a particular street that was coming up.

The very nice places tend to lose territory over time I’ve noticed.
I've never been to Atlanta, but if Georgia is anything like every other state in the country, the city is a shithole while the rest is pretty cool.
