You're not changing matters of faith with evidence. You need different types of arguments. Look at all these people that continue to vote for tax increases, or who see all the government corruption, or government mismanagement yet still believe government is an agent for good.
Look at all these people who refuse to acknowledge that any government policy can cause harm. You can show them bullet point after bullet point but that won't move their faith in government. These people believe it is best for humanity to be less free and in control by a small group of humans. They believe that in the face of the historical record.
We need better arguments. Or we need to just go our own way.

I will rephrase it then. The only way Biden voters will stop voting Democrat is if we prove to them that voting Democrat is bad for them.
